Our Board of Directors is a team of 10 dedicated student leaders who create shows from beginning to end. Meet the team that brings our shows to life!
Will Coleman
Will leads the Board of Directors and oversees the season from start to finish. They manage strategy and high-level logistics, and coordinate work between multiple different teams to enable ambitious productions.
Executive Producer
Charlotte Markovsky
Charlotte leads the artistic vision of our productions and guides cast members and the Rehearsal Team through on-stage storytelling. She shapes the show’s vision through staging, choreography, and music working closely with the entire team.
DirectorAssociate ProducerKate Landry
Kate provides key administrative, technical, and information support to the Board of Directors, and the larger Executive Team. She manages day-to-day logistics, internal communications, and helps to keep the entire season’s operations on schedule.
Stage ManagerRoxana Rafiei
Roxy coordinates our rehearsal process and performances, working closely with the Director to schedule and run rehearsals, track blocking, and lead our backstage team. She maintains a safe, supportive, and efficient environment during rehearsals to help cast members perform at their best.
Vishnu Maheswaran
Vishnu manages CCP’s finances, including budgets, expense tracking, sales, and fundraising to ensure sustainable club operations. He also provides accurate financial information and guidance to the Board of Directors.
Treasurer
Ava Laffin
Ava supports our pit band musicians through coordinating schedules, organizing music materials and instruments, and manages communications between the band and other teams. They help ensure the band is integrated with the rest of the production throughout their rehearsal process.
Band Manager
Production ManagerKatrina Stuart
Kat oversees the technical & design elements of our shows, coordinating teams responsible for sets, props, costumes, lighting and sound. They create a cohesive production vision and ensure production elements are safe & functional.
Communications ManagerReva Maheswaran
Reva manages our public presence in marketing, social media, and events. They maintain CCP’s branding and promote key information including auditions, events, and ticket sales.
Dylan Sweeney
Dylan supports production operations and keeps production work organized and on-schedule. He works together with the Production Manager to create a cohesive production vision, and supports communication across design teams to ensure every element of the show comes together smoothly.
Associate Production Manager
Avery Butters
Avery supports the Communications Team by creating content for social media, newsletters, and coordinating marketing campaigns. She also supports our Front of House team in maintaining a great audience experience at our productions.
