The Treasurer is in charge of tracking income and expenses, ensuring a balanced budget. They handle member reimbursements and monitoring ticket sales, online and in-person, and hiring a FundraisinCoordinator to gather funding. They also collaborate with Front of House and the Events Coordinator to ensure smooth financial operations.

The Band Manager handles room bookings, instrument rentals, procurement of scores, transportation, etc. They ensure all band rehearsals run smoothly and can be a member of the band. They also act as a liaison between the band and other organizational departments.

The Communications Manager oversees the Communications Team, increases brand awareness, supports the Marketing Liaison with show advertising, and supports the Events Coordinators with paperwork and ensuring a full events calendar, both internal and external.

The Associate Producer oversees administrative duties such as managing room bookings, venue coordination, etc. They prepare agendas and meeting minutes for the Board of Directors. They also provide organizational administrative support and ensure all of Curtain Call Productions’ operations run smoothly.

The Associate Production Manager assists in overseeing the production team and managing meeting minutes including record keeping for the Production Team. They also work closely with the Production Team wherever needed.

The Associate Communications Manager supports the Front of House Team, assists the Communications Manager with advertising and brand reputation, and assists in the hiring and overseeing of the Communications Team, including meeting minutes and record keeping.
